Arcadia Mas Kiddies, formerly known as Cindy Paul & Associates, embarked on its journey in 2011, marking its debut in the National Carnival with the theme “Tinkerbell and Friends,” which secured 7th place in the small band category. The band continued to focus on the Tobago Carnival market, where it became one of the most recognized and consistent bands on the island.

Founded by Mrs. Paul, Cindy Paul & Associates was a continuation of her late parents’ legacy. With the support of her husband, Kevin Ramcharan, and her nephew, Atiba De Leon—whom she referred to as the backbone of the company—the family business evolved. After Mrs. Paul's retirement, leadership of the band was handed over to her nephew, Atiba De Leon, and Kenorian Smith, who now serve as bandleaders. Together, they rebranded and transformed the group into Arcadia Mas Band Limited, launching exciting initiatives with a renewed focus on innovation, youth development, and cultural preservation.

In 2024, Arcadia Mas Kiddies made a bold reintroduction into the kiddies’ carnival space with the presentation, ‘Fancy Sailor in its Splendor”. This effort reignited competition within the market, placing youth development at the forefront of the band’s mission. The presentation earned the band numerous accolades, including the prestigious Overall Band of the Year title, along with 1st Place Large Junior Band of the Year, 1st Place Traditional Band, and several individual awards.
